Which area does NeuBit cover?

NeuBit is based in 85051 Ingolstadt and offers delivery and setup in the Ingolstadt area and up to about 300 km away.

What is included in a booking?

A booking includes the 65" Magic Mirror, camera and lighting, full setup and teardown, and a short briefing on site. You also get an online gallery with the photos taken. The photos can be sent straight to a smartphone by QR code, by email or via WhatsApp.

How much does the Magic Mirror cost?

The Magic Mirror costs €200 per event. Extras such as photo prints, props or an attendant can be added as options.

Are there transport costs on top?

Yes. Separate transport costs may apply for delivery and collection. They depend on the venue and its distance from our base in Ingolstadt. Since every event takes place somewhere different, transport costs cannot be given as a flat rate. We tell you the exact cost before you book, together with your individual offer.

How long can I use the photo mirror?

The photo mirror is provided for the whole event, so the rental is not charged by the hour.

Who sets up and takes down the photo mirror?

NeuBit handles setup and teardown completely. Each takes about an hour.

Can I pick up the Magic Mirror and set it up myself?

Self-collection is not intended. The photo mirror is a high-end technical system; NeuBit delivers it, sets it up and configures it on site.

Can I use my own logos, names or graphics?

Yes. The start animations and photo layouts can be personalised with names, date, logo, pictures, graphics or text.

Yes – there is no fixed number of digital photos. Guests can take as many pictures as they like during the event.

Yes. 10 × 15 cm photo prints can be added as an option, with no limit on the number. Just mention when you book that you want prints, and NeuBit brings enough. The prints actually made are billed per piece after the event.

Yes. A binding reservation requires a €100 deposit, which is credited against the total price. The exact payment terms are in your offer and in the terms and conditions.

You can always ask for changes. Whether they are possible depends mainly on the date, availability and how close to the event the change comes.
